Cycling: from the Lammermuirs to the Forth
Cycling around East Lothian can be flat and gentle along the coast, but turn inland and you’re faced with proper hills in the form of the Lammermuirs. The reward after the slog up Redstone Rig or the Nunraw road is brilliant though, with a view all the way back down to the coast. You can see Traprain, North Berwick Law and the Bass Rock, then over the Firth of Forth to Fife.
I’ve made two versions of this illustration: one is 30 x 40cm (40×50 once mounted) and the other is 20cm square (30cm once mounted). Both are available as limited edition giclee prints in my shop.
I’ve also made a few products with my cycling illustration, for example an enamel camping mug, a placemat and a small ceramic mug.
There’s also a cycling coaster, which forms part of a set of East Lothian hill illustrations.
