Set of four placemats with my ‘four seasons of fox in birch trees’ illustrations.
High quality, FSC-certified wood-backed placemats, which are made to match my set of fox coasters.
They have a glossy finish and rounded corners, 23 x 19 cm.
These illustrations started a few years ago, with the winter one, when I decided to take my fox out of North Berwick Law and give him somewhere new to run. Then I decided to add a new season to my calendar each year, and finally completed them with the Spring illustration for my 2022 edition. These illustrations are available as limited edition giclee prints (8 inch images), framed or mounted. They can also be found on an enamel camping mug and a bone china mug.
These images start their life as vector drawings in adobe Illustrator, using a digital tablet, then I layer them in Photoshop with paintings that I make purely to use as texture. It’s a convoluted process, but I love it.
Gift wrapping can be added at the cart. I use coloured kraft paper and ribbon. I’ll also write your message in one of my greetings cards.
